"Very pleased with Ms. Whitworth's team. They are responsive, professional, and caring. They've worked hard to tailor my insurance needs for what is best for me. They know my policies inside and out and seek to do what is best for their customers; they are not in this business just to turn a profit. They do lots of things for the local community, too. Excellent business; one I'm grateful to utilize. November 2023 update: As a literal picture of how much they do for the community, see pictures of their coat drive and area for visiting kids. Ms. Whitworth gave my son one of her own small toy X-Wings. They even had a small grab bag of helpful items (nice cups, keychain, reusable grocery bag, etc.) for me as a customer when I visited. I've dealt with them several times and always found them remarkably gracious; for example, when I called recently, I was expecting to get an automated line, but I immediately got Matthew, and he heard out my issue and solved it quickly. Really pleased."
